Award Winning Meat from Yew Tree Farm
Heritage Meats specialises in Herdwick Hogget (1-2 year old lamb) and Belted Galloway beef. All our animals are reared on the fells and fields of the Yewdale valley.
The animals' longer free range lifestyle and mixed fell diet ensures the quality of the meat is outstanding. Our lamb is hung for 1 week and the beef a minimum of 21 days, and all the butchering, handling and packing is done from the farm to ensure maximum quality standards and traceability.
