SALSA accredited manufacturer of ice cream, sorbets and desserts, established 1987.

Our products are made with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible - Herefordshire cream and eggs, soft fruit and top fruit from the Three Counties, combined with the best ingredients from around the world - Madagascan vanilla, Belgian chocolate, to produce the creamiest, most luxurious ice creams possible and the freshest fruitiest sorbets.

Our products contain no additives or other nasties. Our flavours range from the traditional, such as vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, to more unusual flavours such as Gooseberry & Elderflower ice cream or sorbet and Damson and Sloe Gin ice cream.

Our desserts are made, like our other products, as though you were making them in your own kitchen.  We create seasonal specials, using fruit in season, liqueurs and nuts, throughout the year, and create a full range of specials for Christmas. All our products are available in foodservice and retail sizes
