Rearing and sourcing the finest British meats for you with complete traceability is an integral part of the Medium Rare philosophy.

Our farmers produce free-range, naturally finished meats that are reared using traditional methods to the highest of animal welfare standards. We believe contented, happy animals that are given time to mature, will produce succulent, richly flavoured meats. Medium Rare ensures all its products are delivered in prime condition having been hung appropriately to maximise taste and tenderness.
