Hardiesmill Aberdeen Angus is a farm-to-fork business located in the Scottish Borders producing some of Scotland's finest Aberdeen Angus beef. All our beef is Scotch approved, pedigree Aberdeen Angus, slow-grown on grass and meticulously handled from conception through to butchery, in order to achieve consistency in flavour, texture & longevity of taste. Under the care of our in-house Master Butcher, we produce the largest range of steaks in Britain, as well as dreaming up beef products with a twist, like wafer thin Smoked Beef Carpaccio, Traditional Pastrami and a most unusual Sweet Cured Beef.
